If the website has quantity discounts for a product will I receive the quantity discount?
Yes. When you order online you always get the lowest price on any item. That also applies to products that are cheaper in our latest catalog and just haven't been updated on to our site yet, you will get whatever price is lower.
How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different DHL shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping are clearly displayed. Any fraction of a pound over the weight shown is calculated by
DHL as the next poundage. example 94 lbs is actually a charged a 10 lb package rate by
DHL. If your order does not show any shipping charges, that is a mistake. We will e-mail you your correct total with shipping A.S.A.P. If you are shipping to a P.O. BOX or a military address your order will have to be sent by U.S. mail.
How about shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?
DHL shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are higher than shipping within the continental US. Please call for shipping rates to these destinations. You can choose

What is shipping weight?
Shipping weight is the poundage DHL charges to ship a particular package. Any fraction of a pound over the weight shown is calculated by
DHL as the next poundage. example 9.3 lbs is actually charged as a 10 lb package by
DHL.
Do packages ship out on Saturday or Sunday?
No. DHL only picks up packages on weekdays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Orders placed after the cutoff on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
How do I estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day DHL delivery days?
Next day is delivered on the next business day after the orders has shipped
2 Day is 2 business days after the order has shipped.
3 Day is 3 business days after the order has shipped.
Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as DHL shipping/business days. Here are a couple of delivery time examples:
A 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
A 3 day package shipped on Monday would be delivered on Thursday.
A 3 day package shipped on Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.
DHL business days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next
DHL working day.
What about Military Orders: APO, FPO addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. US mail to the various military addresses takes anywhere from one to eight weeks for delivery as we have been recently seeing delays in military shipments. The Us Postal Service has no tracking on military orders. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.
Can I track my order online?

Is there a cut off time for air orders to ship the same day?
Yes, generally air orders placed after 2:00 pm eastern time are shipped the following business day. If you need an order shipped by air service and it is after 2:00 pm call our order line at 1-800-727- 3636 X107.
International orders?
At this time we are not accepting international orders.

Address Corrections
Any address that is changed by the customer or shipper after the order is shipped will be charged an address correction fee ranging from $5.00-$10.00 depending on what service you choose. Any address that is given incorrectly and has to be changed by either, the customer, Ultimate Nutrition, or the shipping company will be charged an address correction fee imposed by the shipping company ranging from $5.00-$10.00.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will e-mail you for substitution or removal of that item before the order is shipped.
